RETURNS

NO RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND FOR LIVE ANIMALS AND PLANTS.

Our return policy ONLY applies for all products EXCEPT for live animals and plants. 

If the product is returned within 5 days, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will charge a 10% restocking fee for every return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

However, if you would like a full refund without any charges, you may receive your refund in store credit.

To return your product, you must mail your product to: 605 E. Water Street Anaheim, CA 92805.  You must have an invoice in order to process your return.  Secondly, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REFUNDS (within 5 DAYS)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES (with in 5 DAYS)

Exchange may vary based on a case by case basis.
